Ingredients

4 tablespoons sour soup acticol of Nestle powder ( for cholesterol)
2 teaspoons organic chocolate
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
10 crushed almonds
Water 2 tablespoons filtered to give point
2 shredded coconut dessert spoons to garnish

Preparation

Mix all dry (less coconut ) and finally water to give the spot. Take the refrigerator for 10 minutes enrrolar and pass the grated coconut .
